- Hi, my name is Chandra, I am 19 years old and I am currently living in Maple Grove. I just moved down from Marshall, MN, where I worked as a personal caregiver to both mentally and physically disabled and challenged adults and kids. I worked both in In-home (one on one care) and group homes (4-6 clients), with clients in wheel chairs to clients with HIGH behaviors, but to be honest I fell in love with it! So I am in the Twin Cities currently looking for some more clients to better their days! Here is some more information I am sure you will be needing! I worked for REM Southwest Services in Marshall, MN and my last day was 06/17/11, and I started 12/10. My duties there included cleaning and cooking, taking the clients on outtings, bathing and bathroom needs, feeding and most personal care help, stretching the clients and maintaining exercise for them, giving and applying medications,doing physical take downs and holds at some points, and any other daily needs they needed assistance in. I have also had a year of house cleaning experience (plus a lifetime...many siblings and very clean parents!) and three years of nannying experience prior to REM. I have a car and am very reliable. I am willing to drive but would prefer something in the Maple Grove, Plymouth, Crystal, New Hope. My hours are very open and Im very flexible! Right now looking to work full time. I've had PIA/CPR/Med/Vitals Training and have experience and know how in sticky situations.
