- Hello, my name is Lana and I am looking to start a position at once. I am not a novice in home care. Having worked as a CNA and HHA for over 10 years I must say I am aware of the in's and out's of home care. I completely know and understand what you are looking for in a caregiver. Having been on both sides as a worker and a family member. I recently lost my Grandmother who was 108 and was in need of help in the home. I have experience with Alzheimer's, Cancer, Hospice, COPD just to name a few. I enjoy helping people and I am looking for a 5 day live out position 8 to 12 hours. I am basically looking for a companionship position but if it is a HHA position, I can not do heavy lifting, no pets and a smoke free environment.
